“My experience with wheelspin has been excellent and I couldn’t recommend them enough for there services but I had an issues with the currier DPD.on my recent order it took 4 attempts by DPD(same driver every time)to eventually deliver my parcel due to the driver needing a pin number to enable them to deliver the package as he couldn’t be bothered to get the attention of any of my colleagues in my place of work or come and find me . On each occasion my time slot was between 13:00-14:00(so lunch time!). On each attempt i was having my lunch and the driver couldn’t be bothered to find anyone on the premises and just dumped a sorry we missed you leaflet and done a runner, he couldn’t get out of the yard quick enough looking at cctv. Would of given 5 stars but maybe requiring a pin for delivery isn’t ideal for everyone’s circumstances.”

“Items are great as usual and shipped next day. They guys and girls at Wheelspin are always excellent. However since they changed to using Royal Mail as express courier, there has always been issues with the delivery. I know that’s not Wheelspin model’s fault but since they changed from DPD I have ordered a lot less from them than I used to. Favouring companies that don’t use Royal Mail. It’s always a hassle now. I have emailed and requested DPD which they have done without hesitation (I have to pay a further delivery cost on top) but again, it’s something else that shouldn’t need to be done. If Wheelspin went back to DPD or had it in the postage option, then I would be back to them being my primary supplier.”

“If one order parts outside of the UK, be very careful with the extra tariffs applied for each country it comes in. For an order of around 150 pounds I had to pay an extra 50 euros of customs when it arrived to Italy a month after, almost a 1/3 of the original price which is completely unacceptable and exaggerated. The service and availability from Wheelspin is great and reliable. Its a shame that these tariffs are in place, causing me to reconsider ordering again.”

“Great team, great service, huge stock of parts at a competitive price (and now a race track....which I haven't yet visited) Only let down by the poor choice of postal service......ordered parts Sunday, parts left Wheelsspin Monday 17:55......part won't be delivered by Parcel Force/ Royal Mail until tomorrow (Friday) It's the only thing that puts me off ordering from Wheelspin models.....esp when I can get parts in a couple of days from the other suppliers, so basically I generally look if the parts are available from other shops as I know they post out quickly......if they're only available from Wheelspin then I buy, shame as I would like to use them more”
