“Items are great as usual and shipped next day. They guys and girls at Wheelspin are always excellent. However since they changed to using Royal Mail as express courier, there has always been issues with the delivery. I know that’s not Wheelspin model’s fault but since they changed from DPD I have ordered a lot less from them than I used to. Favouring companies that don’t use Royal Mail. It’s always a hassle now. I have emailed and requested DPD which they have done without hesitation (I have to pay a further delivery cost on top) but again, it’s something else that shouldn’t need to be done. If Wheelspin went back to DPD or had it in the postage option, then I would be back to them being my primary supplier.”

“If one order parts outside of the UK, be very careful with the extra tariffs applied for each country it comes in. For an order of around 150 pounds I had to pay an extra 50 euros of customs when it arrived to Italy a month after, almost a 1/3 of the original price which is completely unacceptable and exaggerated. The service and availability from Wheelspin is great and reliable. Its a shame that these tariffs are in place, causing me to reconsider ordering again.”

“Great team, great service, huge stock of parts at a competitive price (and now a race track....which I haven't yet visited) Only let down by the poor choice of postal service......ordered parts Sunday, parts left Wheelsspin Monday 17:55......part won't be delivered by Parcel Force/ Royal Mail until tomorrow (Friday) It's the only thing that puts me off ordering from Wheelspin models.....esp when I can get parts in a couple of days from the other suppliers, so basically I generally look if the parts are available from other shops as I know they post out quickly......if they're only available from Wheelspin then I buy, shame as I would like to use them more”

“Hello Ben, I have left a review previously but here goes:- Wheelspinmodels are one of my two main 'go to' online model shops. You gave excellent customer service, a good range of models and, crucially for me, a VERY good range of spares (I visit your site first for my spares needs). Your despatch and delivery times are also excellent. Your prices on models are usually a tad more than some other model shops but not enough to put me off buying from you. The only thing about your site that irritates me (I have mentioned this before) is the pop up adds when I first open the web page. I get the marketing model but it's annoying! If you have special offers or new models to push why not embed an advert on your front page rather than have pop ups that have to be closed before a customer can access the section they want? Other than that wheelspinmodels is a great company, that I have bookmarked, andthat I will certainly continue to use in the future. Mr G. Robertson”
