“Fantastic delivery and product is awesome, Although I believe the battery size on the ordered product was off as I cannot fit the adverted size battery, but everything else seems perfect.”

“Hello Ben, I have left a review previously but here goes:- Wheelspinmodels are one of my two main 'go to' online model shops. You gave excellent customer service, a good range of models and, crucially for me, a VERY good range of spares (I visit your site first for my spares needs). Your despatch and delivery times are also excellent. Your prices on models are usually a tad more than some other model shops but not enough to put me off buying from you. The only thing about your site that irritates me (I have mentioned this before) is the pop up adds when I first open the web page. I get the marketing model but it's annoying! If you have special offers or new models to push why not embed an advert on your front page rather than have pop ups that have to be closed before a customer can access the section they want? Other than that wheelspinmodels is a great company, that I have bookmarked, andthat I will certainly continue to use in the future. Mr G. Robertson”

“I had to e mail twice and call twice to place my order having asked for a call back to order and pay for it over the phone given a price match was agreed hence could not order online as normal. Once through to someone though, all good and super efficient. Truck delivered the following day. A little miffed that I was asked to pay additional £3.00 for quicker delivery as wanted it for the bank holiday weekend... £3.00... really. I tried to order as mentioned to ensure this would be with me in plenty of time but due to delays in getting through I had to pay more. Not the cost, why was I even asked tbh. Frank and honest feedback as requested. Otherwise, 5 star awarded as arrived when they said in 24 hours. Hope helps, if someone wants to give you money... call them. Rgds. Simon”

“Great bunch , doesnt matter if you know what you want or just need some advise nothing is too much trouble and the knowledge is priceless. The raceway upstairs is great as well andSaturday practice is well worth calling in to watch for an hour....”

“The loup to secure the battery, as per the handbook, was missing. Due to my flying inexperience the plane nose dived into the grassy field. The weight of the battery's inertia caused the nose section to break away, this including the motor. I made a repair using hot glue but the break is opening again.”

“One of two ‘go to’ model sites for me. Reliable, prompt with good communication, overall a pleasure to order from. One negative. The pop ups that occur when you first try to access models / spares is REALLY annoying. I could live without those please!”

“Guys brilliant!!! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was postage.... I bought my car 12.15am Friday morning. When I use Modelsport Rc I get them on the Saturday. When you're spending hundreds of pounds 2-3 day postage is a little upsetting. Next time I buy a truck I will go back to the other people. Please Please Guys use a better option?? As for the truck it's super the diffs we're well dry however that's down to the makers not you. Your knowledge sounds learnt and not read from a computer screen. Well done gentleman.”
