“Generally all items arrived as quoted which was great but two items were 4-5 days shadow stock but took nearly 2 weeks. Really good service normally just their supplier being slow.”

“Purchased my low entry beginner RC the Rival MT10, smashed a tree on the first day then ordered spare parts which I received within 48 hours, I am more careful now nevertheless Wheelspin are there if anything happens. Good job 👏”

“Wheelspin have looked after me well since I joined this hobby of RC Aircraft. Items ordered seem to arrive in record time. My only criticism would be that if I have a question about a product or need advice on an aspect, more often than not, the person I'm talking to will not have the depth of experience to be able to answer and won't have access to someone who does.”

“My google search brought me to wheelspin models as it came up with the best price. I added my item to the basket and went to pay. A note popped up to say spend £5 more and get free delivery. As i was already spending £95 i thought "well, i need some paint so why not". I added 5 paints in the end and went to basket. Delivery was now £3 but i could now collect it from the store for "free". I thought "i can do that anyway so why did i have to spend more money!" All that being said, the process was slick and quick and the goods arrived well on time. So, apart from the slight annoyance of the delivery costs, overall i am very satisfied.”

“Generally very good service,with prompt delivery. The only area of frustration lies with the availability of spares for some aircraft . I realise that you, as the retailer have limited control of spares delivery to your stock, but after spending many hundreds of pounds to purchase a model and then have it sidelined for months awaiting a spare part is annoying.”

“I put Wheelspin Models in my top 2 places to go for all my rc needs. They are great price wise, massive range of parts and upgrades as well as a great range of vehicles. I can't comment on returns as I've never needed to return anything.”

“Very happy with Wheelspin Models, immediate despatch and model,well boxed, but. I paid extra for delivery by DPD. They changed their promised delivery time to a later time but didn’t turn up. Annoying as I had arranged to go out and had waited in.No notice that they would not come. The following morning I got a stupid message that some unforeseen and unexplained happening had occurred. Wouldn’t use them again. Wish I hadn’t paid the £3 for their quick delivery.”
