“Waiting over a week now for my order, royal mail haven't received it, model shop blame royal mail. Will continue to use zen and mb from now on and suspect ill need to fight for a re fund in another week as time”

“Absolutely not happy with this company we bought my grandson a remote control car and charger and battery .. went to charge the battery but won’t charge we were told when we contacted them about the problem that the battery cannot run below a certain voltage it’s dead and cannot be used again it’s rediculous !!we should have been advised about this and if this is the case it’s not suitable for children we were also told another battery won’t work with car so the car is no good to anyone..so disappointed especially my 12yr old grandson as it was his Christmas present and only used it once and they’re are going to do anything about it .. do not buy from this company it cost us £186 we will taking this further.”

Hi David, I am really sorry to hear you had a poor experience with a damaged item, We do our very best to ensure parcels are protected during transit. I understand that you have spoken with our staff to rectify the situation with the battery issue? If this is not correct and you are still having an issue please get in contact with the store and I will personally see to the issue. Dom.

“I bought two servos from them, one was faulty, it was making an electrical arcing noise and the wires vibrated when it was plugged in. They're trying to say that's normal and nothing is wrong with it, now they're refusing to refund my money. Absolutely shocking customer service! I will never shop here again!”

“Last 2 deliveries I had to ring the shop 3 working days after to fined out the order hadent been picked Thay picked it wile making me watch 8 min on the phone on hold Excuse I got wos were having work Done on are new track Will not use again”

“I have ordered parts for seagull planes. They cost me over $300 with extra shipping. order number 1053891. shipping number gb4224037429. Its been 3 weeks since it was shipped. All I get is "be patient". No body is even concerned about my order. I get condescending e-mails.”

“You have been very good up until now. I ordered a part on Wednesday and payed £6.95 for next day delivery. I was unable to track my delivery as it said it wasn't available at this time. When it hadn't arrived by 7.00 o'clock I looked again to see a message saying it won't be delivered until tomorrow, Friday. As we are going away for the weekend in the morning and the postie don't come until the afternoon I won't have an rc car to use this weekend. Disappointed. A waste of £6.95 on no rc for the weekend!!”

“I normally have excellent service from Wheelspin Models , good prices and fast delivery. I recieved a £50 wine voucher which I cannot use as neither my wife or me drink alcohol. So I sent Ben Locke Director a letter by Recorded Delivery asking for a gift card to spend in store instead. This letter was delivered on Tuesday 24th October 2023 and today it is the 28th October 2023. I gave my e-mail address , mobile and landline so very easy to contact me. Maybe Ben can contact me ?”

“Prop shaft with gear for umx radian plane,item sent was wrong size,shaft with threads for propeller fitting wad too small,gear fitted was oversize.Return of item was delt with promptly as was a refund.However- item is still listed on website,because it doesn’t fit,the same will happen to your next customer.”

“Terrible service, I pre-ordered and was told my order was ready to collect, so I went to collect only to have to wait 50 minutes in a queue. Several people just turned around and left. All this while 2 staff members were talking as much time as possible to explain how battery chargers work, that's the point when you say to a customer, it's all in the instruction booklet. This experience was a week before Christmas and I understand people may think that this was a one off due to busy time of year, while let me crush that perception for you. I had a very similar experience at the start of November and September. I will not be using them again.”

“New to the rc wolrd. I brought a new body shell an it was warped (had a front window screen pressed upside down in the rear window) I didn’t realise untill preparation for spraying. I phoned to asked what i can do as now I’ve noticed it, it sticks out like a sore thumb. The first bloke i spoke to was amazing, later in the day i thought of another question so i called back to have STEVE answer, he was extremely rude didnt say hello, from the very start of the call he seemed defensive and just started arguing. I dont think he understood what i was asking. Ive posted our phone call in a few rc groups everyone seems to think the same thing… he was unprofessional! They know they have done wrong because today they posted a review about how awesome the team is!”

“I give 1 stars as DPD trashed my parcel and left me waiting for it to be delivered for 4 days know I wouldn't be receiving it.. after contacting wheelspin, they gave me a DPD number to chase it up myself when I felt that wheelspin should had done this on my behalf.. on contacting DPD they wasn't happy as wheelspin gave me the business phone number and was told I would have to contact thir customer service. Called DPD customer service and was then told my parcel had been damaged and I would not be receiving it... now my 4th phone call,, I informed wheelspin of what DPD told me and only then did wheelspin look at my DPD track and I was told DPD uploaded a pic of an empty box.. unfortunately the item is now out of stock with no indication to restock times and was refunded... well thanks for the massive help i provided to myself and a total waste of my time... I'm a unlikely returning customer 👎👎👎👎👎”
