“Great service from online order to delivery In house repairs not so impressed after having my sons nitro car looked at for steering issue they changed a plastic bracket and x 1 screw took litrealy 5mins at a cost of £80 thought this was bit extreme and weren’t very helpful or advisable from questions I asked -won’t use them again for repairs”

“On the whole, I’ve been happy with these guys, but when you have an issue with an order , be aware that communication/ correspondence is very poor and can lead to things taking far too long to get resolved.”

“Appreicate that I was able to recieve a refund for a non-delivered item after a week of Stress. Refunds under these conditions are normal expectations & policy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. My biggest issue was the lack of communication throughout. It's the seller responsibility to ensure hold ups during delivery are dealt with. This was not the case & the customer ME, had to intervene on a daily basis. While it may not be Wheelpsins fault that DPD are so unreliable, it remains Wheelspins responsibilty to deal with any delivery issues that arise. My purchase was expensive and I reserve the right to be dissapointed with not receiving an item and not being supported by the seller. As a reminder I waisted 3 days waiting at home for this item, with false promises from DPD & had I not cancelled the order. I would be waisting even more time now! - Unacceptable especially without any appologies.”

“Nice easy to use website, good range of products. If you really want to genuine ideas to improve, I would like to see same day dispatch (up to a cutoff time of course) this latest order although placed quite early in the morning didn't dispatch till the following evening. First class postage would be good (this recent order was 48hour so with the dispatch delay for these couple of bits took 3-4 days) & the Shadow Stock thing, from past experience that can add another two to five days to delivery times, (eg; the Promoto SM handlebars & mud guard set I ordered previously was marked Shadow Stock, but it turned out it was out of stock). I'm not a fan of being chased for reviews. I don't mean this to be disrespectful, I really do like your store & wish I lived closer so I could visit more. But you wanted a review & I have genuinely shopped elsewhere a lot due to the above.”

“Website and parts inventory very good, unfortunately let down by slow delivery. I placed an order on Sunday, it's now Thursday (pm) and still awaiting delivery. I remembered I needed an additional part on Monday, ordered from another supplier on Monday morning, and received it Wednesday afternoon. (Paid the same for delivery).”

Hi Neil, Thanks for the feedback. As I hope you know, we do carry a huge amount of stock but are still working on building up our stock on race spares. Looks like you ordered a couple of shadow stock items which delayed dispatch by 1 day (it shipped Tuesday instead of Monday as we'd expect with an order placed Sunday afternoon). Royal Mail then took 3 days instead of their usually "1 or 2", which hampered things a little further. I'm pleased to see it turned up Friday according to the tracking. Hopefully next time we'll see better service from Royal Mail (or you can always choose express delivery - in which case you'd have received next day). I can see you've ordered several times now and it looks like usually Royal Mail deliver a standard package to you within 48 hours, let's hope they get back to that standard for you :-) Happy RCing! “I have no problems with Wheelspinmodels at all. However, the postage which was taken care of by Royal Mail. Was not very good at all. Royal mail said that my order would be delivered on Monday. I stayed in all day Monday it didn’t arrive. I tried to track it, but they said unable to connect to the server numerous times. I waited Tuesday still no show and and unable to track on the Royal mail app finally it came Wednesday and even though I was prepared to Wait a reasonable time, l feel that’s the tracking is a waste of time and waiting a week was not very good. Thank you, Steve.”

“I have lost count of the 5* reviews I have given f Wheelspin because of their fantastic service and Customer support. However, I am downgrading this to a 3* review because of one “far from perfect” experience. I ordered an expensive (ish) plane and was sent a different cheaper plane in error. When I informed Wheelspin I was told they would not send my correct plane until they had received back the incorrect one that they had sent me. I appealed since I had spent over £1500 with them that month alone. So I had to relabel the box then find and drive to a DPD Return centre myself - and not even the slightest thank you, let alone compensation for my time and car usage etc.”
