“The gravy had spilled out of the pie and was everywhere.. Went all over the worktop when I unwrapped it.. I ordered and paid for a dozen eggs but received only six, 2 of which where broken covering the entire carton with egg yolk...”

Hi Michael, sorry again about this. We refunded the eggs and resent the steakpie along with a discount code for future orders. It was a lesson for us and we have now improved the packaging off eggs and our steak pies. Please let us know if this issue has been resolved to your satisfaction. Sorry again.

“Good choice of products, love them all from the Skinni range. Tried the skinni black pudding for the first time and certainly not disappointed. Our favourite is the skinni beef olives. Do like that I can order online now and receive it the following day. Great service, great products and fantastic customer services. Thank you :))”

“Placed an order online and when I received the order it wasn't packed in anything but thankfully I was in. In my order there was 2 packs of chicken which smelt absolutely horrendous! I called and spoke to someone who said they would pass the message on and get someone to call me. I'm still waiting!”

“Brilliant service. From help on the phone to delivery in first class packaging with cold packs . The food itself is terrific . We are following Slimming World diet and this Skinni range is mostly free So lean and tasty!!! Everything in pack has exceeded expectations !”

Thanks for your feedback Alana, It's a tough one with the delivery charge as we have to subsidise the cost of all of our deliveries. As we have to cover the cost of the next day delivery with UPS and the costs of the temperature controlled packaging too which is really expensive. We are working hard at ways to reduce our shipping costs and to pass these onto our customers, so watch this space. We would love to offer free delivery but at the moment its just not possible, Thanks again for your order and feedback.

“Fantastic service, placed an order on Tuesday morning to be delivered to my workplace as a few staff were getting orders, it arrived promptly the next morning in cardboard boxes, inside was insulated boxes packed in ice, will certainly use this company again.”
