“Excellent quality ruined by steak pie gravy and sauce containers being damaged in transit. 3 containers leaking gravy all over contents. This is second time it has happened. External box badly damaged as though it had been thrown around like a rugby ball. Labelling STURDIER external packaging as FRAGILE and having more robust containers would help. Regularly have goods sent down from Brownings the Bakers who do so and have had no issues.”

“Always use West Coast foods unfortunately can't drive to shop so ordered online asked if the lamb chops could be marinated but understood if they couldn't and they did them for me so top marks for that although a bit more expensive then a supermarket the quality is so much better so I would rather pay more for quality we love the Japanese stir fry one of our favourites”

“I was very happy with my Lorne Sausage, Black Pudding, and PotatoScones. In fact the best I have tasted for some time, fast efficient delivery to Devon. The communication between myself and the owner was second to none so helpful. I will definitely be ordering the same again and trying more of their products thank you West Coast Foods.”

“Ordered a whole roe deer. Was well-butchered according to my request. They called before butchering to ask how I wanted it. Absolutely delicious meat. Also ordered two steak pies. Not had them yet but was disappointed to see that they used margarine in the pastry. Should use butter. Hence deduction of one star. Apart from that, recommended. I will use them again.”

“I have ordered the venison mince before and it is excellent quality. I would highly recommend. It makes a fantastic substitute for beef when making spaghetti bolognaise, chilli con carne and lasagne. Or your own burgers.”

“I spent £152.20 on various items, four of the pies I had ordered arrived squashed, I took a photo and sent 2 emails neither of which were acknowledged. The Ayrshire middle bacon has so much water in it, it boils rather than fries. The ham ribs were chopped into small pieces rather than left as they come. Very disappointing to say the least”

“Wow, their Wild venison wellingtons are to die for, absolutely yummy, many flavours with finely chopped ?haggis and mushrooms in stuffing, perfect light pastry. Also bought wild venison joint, medallions, and beef stir fry, all excellent quality.”

“After leaving Ayrshire over 50 years ago move to London found this place online. Smile on my mums face when she had square sausage and tatty scones. Taste from home. Well done. Will definitely be ordering again”

“Brilliant meat, brilliant service brilliant to order from order on a Monday am order with you on the Wednesday depending where you live. Considering I live in Southampton I would say that is an excellent service.”
