I spent £152.20 on various items, four of the pies I had ordered arrived squashed, I took a photo and sent 2 emails neither of which were acknowledged.
The Ayrshire middle bacon has so much water in it, it boils rather than fries. The ham ribs were chopped into small pieces rather than left as they come.
Very disappointing to say the least
