“Fabulous Service, and so Friendly and polite, we were contacted By Phone, but everything went smooth as promised, arrived on Time to View our Caravan, and after tests and inspections Money was put in Our account. Would use them again as everything was so smooth and no worries. Staff are so friendly and talked every thing Through and did not mind why questions we asked. Many Many Thanks”

“Selling the caravan was very quick. The price originally offered was not able to be paid because of a number of issues found during the inspection. these were out of sight (roof and recently repaired damp area) which was explained to me in detail, and an approx cost for repair was indicated. Danny phoned back with a revised offer based on the indicated cost of repairs. even though unhappy with reduced valuation, could understand the reduction. still went ahead with the sale. Money transferred very quick and caravanremoved from site. many thanks”

“Wanted a quick sale without the hassle of having to advertise in various locations and then deal with the tire kickers. Dealt with Danny, who was polite and helpful. We agreed a price, would have liked more but in the current market conditions I was happy. Van was picked up from the caravan store that I used. The engineer arrived on time, he was polite and friendly and quickly went through a check list and confirmed everything was in order. I then had a phone call from Danny where I gave him my bank details. 5 minutes later the money was in my account. This allowed me to be in control of the van until I could confirm I had received the payment, so no stress as long as you have phone banking. Great service, thank you.”

“What a great company to deal with, got the original quote and was happy. Fifteen minutes got another call with from Danny quoting an extra £500. The buyer looked over the van and was happy, the money was in the bank in minutes. A great service, would heartily recommend”

“The procedure was simple and without any hassle, for which I thank WBTC. I was a little disappointed that my caravan showed some signs of damp and that brought the price offered previously down by £1200. However, my phone app showed the money had been transfered to my bank account and the caravan was hitched up and taken away. I hope someone else will enjoy it as much as we have.”

“We approached WBTC as we needed to sell our caravan as we were no longer using it. Right from the first contact with Danny, we felt confident in the company. We were offered a fair price which we accepted. On the day of the pre-purchase inspection (I think it was Graham?); damp was found (unexpectedly as we had no idea); a revised offer was made by Danny, which we accepted as it was still fair. The caravan was taken after a very prompt transfer of funds. I strongly recommend the company, they are fair and very pleasant people to deal with.”

“Five star rating in terms of efficiency and professionalism. I did not want to sell my caravan (my wife's ill health being the reason ) and found it shocking that I paid circa £20K for a 2017 Lunar Delta Ti in 2021 and it is worth half that price now with a reputation for having damp issues. None of this , including the slow market in resale caravans, is WBTC's fault, and Danny was a very personable man to deal with , as was Darren the Service Engineer who collected the van. I liked the fact that Darren works for himself and simply reports back to WBTC who make the decision on the offer. I have to accept that the revised offer was more than fair considering all the circumstances and thank Danny for his understanding.”
