“Initial contact with Danny was very positive and communication was very good. An offer was made which I accepted. Arrangements were made for collection and the driver John was prompt and on site at the agreed time. His inspection didn't take long but did highlight a number of areas of damp which had not been picked up on a service 18 months prior. There was, therefore, an adjustment in the offer which did come as a bit of a shock. Apart from the damp the caravan did have a number of extras and improvements. Fairly new motor mover, newish alloys and updated solar panel. I also threw in the quite new 390 air awning and electric pump and 12v/240v TV. Also left in the caravan two aquarolls, waste and two almost new hook up cables. I'm not sure leaving the extras actually made any difference to the final offer and do wonder if it's probably worth selling the caravan as a basic vehicle and sell on other items separately. Might make a difference to how much cash is realised from the final sale of everything? Apart from that it all went smoothly and I would say Danny and John were good to deal with.”

“Stress free sale of caravan offered roughly the same as local dealer over the phone. Price dropped after inspection due to a few issues our fault for not having caravan serviced for a couple of years. Would recommend if you want a quick and easy sale.”

“The process of sale is good from the first contact to the final money transfer, the methodology and process is slick and easy. The negotiations over the price are one sided, I didn’t push back on the price at all and I felt it was low compared to the high level price the buyer worked down from. I understood the reasons for reducing the price, they seemed reasonable and it was my prerogative to negotiate, but I chose not to and the buyer achieved his lowest price. No grumbles at that, but other users who need the money from the sale should be aware they should push back against the low offer, if they feel the price is too low for them. The caravan was transported away after the sale and the funds transferred immediately after agreeing the price.”

“We were offered a price which was higher than any other caravan buyer. Although we had accepted their valuation WBTC increased their offer when it was established by them the caravan was a year younger. After inspection this was reduced due to structural defect but still higher than their original offer.”

“The sale was handled professionally and my van was thoroughly examined before a significant price reduction was negotiated. I was not aware how much work needed doing so be aware any issues will be found. In spite of a disappointing result I can have no complaints. WBTC is a competent outfit.”

“The process was explained and followed from start to finish. Unfortunately there were problems with my van which I did not realise, that said the reduction in payment was fair considering the work required. The sale was arranged and completed in a few days and Danny was careful to explain the market and pricing issues behind the offer.”
