“Having decided for health reasons to stop touring we found WBTC on the web, and Danny responded promptly to us with a competitive quote, Danny was always vey upfront and said we could get a better price selling privately, but we decided against that as an option for fraud reasons more than any other hearing some horror stories. Our big disappointment was that on a 2 year old Adria was the amount of damp found around the front battery box and wet locker. Ben who collected was shocked as Adria build quality has always been bulletproof in his words. Again we had an honest conversation with Danny and decided to still sell the caravan at a reduced value. Thanks again for the professional service. Andy”

“All went very smooth.Rang up and agreed a price.chap come to check over the van (about 30 mins )he was also bang on agreed time.He rang back to base to say everthing was good.I was then paid within ten mins,and a call from the boss to check i was happy with everything,cant fault them 10/10.Just be honest when telling them what you have.”

“Danny explained I could get more if I trade it in on inspection there's was more damp than expected and made me a offer five hundred pounds less I was previously offered when I said I've been offered more he matched the offer plus a little more for my petrol and time so we agreed and the money was paid within 5 minutes and the van was taken off with no stress I deafenetly would recommend Danny”

“Great company to do business with, never put under pressure and was given good advice on alternative ways to sell if I wanted a bit more for the caravan. Danny quoted me within 24 hours of contacting them, he explained the whole process clearly and was very reassuring. Ongoing communication was always answered promptly. On accepting the offer John contacted me to arranged to collect, he called on his way to me and was bang on time. He checked the caravan and all was confirmed ok, a call to Danny resulted in immediate payment. Thanks to Danny and John and the process they have in place I would have no hesitation in recommending We Buy Touring Caravans to anyone wanting to sell.”

“Sold our 10 year old Lunar Lexon to We Buy Touring Caravans. Simple process from start to finish. Fair price offered to start which had to be revised down when the inspector discovered a bit of damp which we didn't know about, and a couple of issues I had forgotten about. The issues were shown to me and explained. I am 100% sure I have been treated fairly and have been given a fair price considering the work required. I would definitely recommend this trustworthy company.”

“I found the entire process very easy and convenient. The price paid was at the top end of trade quotes so again we were very happy with that element. The overall experience was a lot more pleasant than I was expecting, when they came to collect the van it was a matter of looking over to ensure that it was as I had described (point to note, tell the truth about your van or they will have to knock the price down, that is not their fault just be honest) then they transferred the payment to my account which I could see within a few minutes and then they took it away. Great bunch to deal with”

“The process from start to finish was fantastic. I was given a price on the phone and a date to collect the caravan. The communication was amazing. On inspection the caravan had a little bit of damp and the price was adjusted but only by £250 which I felt was very fair and everything was explained and shown to me on a damp reader. There was no time wasters turning up at my home and the money was transferred by bacs within minutes. I would thoroughly recommend “we buy touring caravans “ for pure ease and professionalism.”

“Deciding reluctantly that my wife and I were getting too old for caravaning, we needed to sell our 7-year-old caravan. Late autumn is not a great time to sell privately, so, on a friend's advice, we contacted We Buy Touring Caravans, who offered us a fair price subject to inspection. The procedure is simple - a selling date and time are arranged and an agent arrives to inspect the caravan before taking it away. After a thorough inspection, including a test for dampness, the agent reports back by phone to WBYTC headquarters. In our case a small amount of damp was detected, which reduced the offer slightly, and, after agreeing, the money was transferred to our account there and then., the caravan only being taken away after I could see the money in our bank account on my mobile phone app. The whole procedure was simple and fair, and I would thoroughly recommend the company and its service.
