“I contacted these guys after deciding to sell my caravan, just really wanting a speedy sale and a reasonable price. We didnt fancy a private sale. Danny was very helpful, the price paid for my van was better than any of my other numerous quotes. 2 days after agreeing the sale a lovely chap came round to inspect the van and the money was in my bank account before he towed the van away. Didn't try to knock the price down, did a fair inspection and paid the agreed price. Very happy with the service, thank you”

“Initial contact with Danny was very positive and communication was very good. An offer was made which I accepted. Arrangements were made for collection and the driver John was prompt and on site at the agreed time. His inspection didn't take long but did highlight a number of areas of damp which had not been picked up on a service 18 months prior. There was, therefore, an adjustment in the offer which did come as a bit of a shock. Apart from the damp the caravan did have a number of extras and improvements. Fairly new motor mover, newish alloys and updated solar panel. I also threw in the quite new 390 air awning and electric pump and 12v/240v TV. Also left in the caravan two aquarolls, waste and two almost new hook up cables. I'm not sure leaving the extras actually made any difference to the final offer and do wonder if it's probably worth selling the caravan as a basic vehicle and sell on other items separately. Might make a difference to how much cash is realised from the final sale of everything? Apart from that it all went smoothly and I would say Danny and John were good to deal with.”

“I find this Review very a very difficult thing to write. Initially the process went extremely well , Danny was very helpful and Darren arrived on time and was also very helpful. His inspection took only 10 minutes and he only looked at the outside of the caravan. Since 2021 when I purchased the caravan I have had it serviced by three different engineers and not one of them found the same two faults that Darren found. When I mentioned this to Daren he just said that they were probably dodgy engineer ! I was horrified that Danny insisted on a £1500 reduction. In the end I forced to accept his offer as I had made the expensive journey from the Isle of Wight. I would warn any new person to beware that the initial offer will probably be reduced considerably. The only good thing was the money was transferred to my bank account very quickly.”

Dear Mr Roberts, Thank you for initial positive comments in your review. Unfortunately, not so positive after that. I feel I need to point out a few things I disagree with. Our attending Engineer did the recognised industry checks on your caravan which included an internal damp check. His findings did of course have an impact on the value of the caravan. Which included accident damage to the side, with a very poor repair, and significant water ingress to the floor, indeed the wood was flaking away. As for me insisting on a £1,500 Adjustment, I find it a little disingenuous how you phrased that, I can never insist you accept anything. its also worth mentioning, another Company checked your caravan and made an offer that you didn't accept. we never come out with an intent to alter our offer, as in this case sometimes its unavoidable, and I understand it can cause distress and upset. “The team were prompt in responding to our request to sell and gave an honest evalaution of the price over the phone. The inspection and collection was almost to the minute of when they said they would do it. The cash was in the bank in seconds - no issues whatsoever. From first contact to having the sale complete was less than week. Exactly what they promised and they delivered.
