“Professional and organised. They went through our sale and what could offer pre-survey and explained if there were any issues with our van they may have revise their offer. An inspection was organised for a convenient day and time, they were very friendly and the inspection took about an hour. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues, these were shown to me and explained. I then had a discussion with the office a very slightly reduced price was agreed. Monies were transferred immediately and ownership exchanged. All in all very pleased”

“Easy process to sell caravan . After speaking to Danny I was offered what I felt was a fair price for my caravan .Once everything agreed it was a simple process and everything taken care of . Communication through out was excellent and felt total confidence throughout. The caravan was collected as agreed and the price agreed was paid into my account before the gutsy towed it away . There was a slight deduction on the price due to a slight issue with the van but this was minimal . In summary very pleased with service and would recommend this company to anyone for a hassle free and smooth sale of your caravan . Thank you”

“The process of sale is good from the first contact to the final money transfer, the methodology and process is slick and easy. The negotiations over the price are one sided, I didn’t push back on the price at all and I felt it was low compared to the high level price the buyer worked down from. I understood the reasons for reducing the price, they seemed reasonable and it was my prerogative to negotiate, but I chose not to and the buyer achieved his lowest price. No grumbles at that, but other users who need the money from the sale should be aware they should push back against the low offer, if they feel the price is too low for them. The caravan was transported away after the sale and the funds transferred immediately after agreeing the price.”

“a very good service provided by WBTC. inital contact was friendly and very helpful. We considered the information supplied and the inital offer. We later had another conversation and pointed out some of the additional exquipment that had not been mention before. WE came to an agreement on price and set date for pickup. When Ashley arrived for the pick up, he did a full check over and contacted Danny to make payment. This wa all completed with in 10 min. So very happy”

“We were offered a price which was higher than any other caravan buyer. Although we had accepted their valuation WBTC increased their offer when it was established by them the caravan was a year younger. After inspection this was reduced due to structural defect but still higher than their original offer.”
