“I was given a quote over the phone which i accepted. It was more than 4 orhers had offered. Within 2 days someone attended the storage facility examined the caravan and I was paid with minutes before it was taken away.”

“What a seemless experiance, yes you could sell privately and go through all the inconvience of arranging viewings and haggling over a price. Which is sometimes problematic for a sited caravan. We Buy Touring Caravans gave a very competitive figure on par with local dealerships, but without having to take the caravan to the dealership. They arrived on time and were extremley courteous and professional throughout. Yes they inspected the caravan but not at a nit picking level, they agreed the caravan was as described and the funds were swiftly transfered before the caravan was hooked up to be taken away. If you want to hold out for top dollar fine, however i would recommend this company if you want a smooth and professional sale.”

“From my initial phone call and the agreed (subject to inspection) quote, i felt that this was a proffesional company. I received a text message 2 days before inspection to confirm the date and time as previously agreed. The sad day came to part with the caravan which was inspected at the agreed time and on the agreed date. The inspection confirmed the caravan to be as I had described and i was contacted to check my banking app on my phone to make suer the funds had been deposited all as previously quoted, no haggling, no trying to lower the offer, and insistant that I check my bank prior to the caravan being towed away. Somehow this company made a sad day a little more pleasurable. Would highly recommend, polite, proffesional and honest.”

“Very easy to deal with. After a delayed initial response, Danny made a fair offer. We dropped off the caravan as arranged and Alan was very knowledgeable and fair. After a thorough examination of the caravan, the money was transferred quickly. If Danny had just known that Alan was only a few miles from us, it would have saved me having to tow the caravan 140 miles!”

“Recently, my husband and I, decided to sell our caravan after many years of caravan and camping experience. I contacted many people but the ONLY person who had the decency and kindness to explain why I would not receive the money I had hoped for, was Dany Silver from We Buy Touring Caravans. From the moment I spoke to him, I liked and trusted him. Having recently retired from nursing after 45 years, I consider myself a very good judge of character and I was not wrong. Unfortunately for us and certainly not Danys fault, we were not able to be given the money we had hoped for. We at no point blamed Dany but the company who sold us the caravan with a known design fault. Dany arranged for our caravan to be taken from the site by an absolutely lovely guy called Lewis and before we even said goodbye to both, the money was in our bank. There are many episodes in life where you simply want people to be honest with you and tell you how it is without fobbing you off. If you are considering selling your caravan, 100% this is the place to go. Good Luck”
