“Easy to deal with WBTC and all communications prompt and clear. Always valued at less than expected, but price was fair and clear from the start. Once the caravan had been inspected, the money was in my bank account immediately and the caravan was taken away within 20 minutes. No drama, just a simple transaction which made the end of our caravanning holidays less emotionally painful.”

“I did not get as much as I had hoped for my caravan and I did not have as much time as I would have liked to say yay or nay to the offer. I would have like to have had a few hours to think the offer over, I felt that I had to make a decision thete and then. However, when I accepted the offer the money was transferred within around ten minutes.”

“The whole process of selling my caravan from my initial enquiry to caravan leaving my drive was made simple. Danny who I agreed the deal with on the phone and the independent engineer who inspected my caravan were both professional and efficient. Whilst I had to accept a reduced price it was for issues that were of no surprise to me and were thoroughly explained upon inspection. Ultimately I had to be realistic and was not disappointed with the outcome.”

“What a blissful experience. Danny was professional, empathetic, clear, concise and accurate in everything he did from start to finish. Sold caravan due to a personal bereavement. This company just do what they say, and with such dignity and empathy. They are fair and honest in their approach and told me I would get more if I sold private. I’m glad I sold to them as they made a very difficult time, very easy. The chap who picked up the van was of the same ilk, as Danny. “Selling my caravan this way was the best thing ever! Price agreed over the phone, inspected a few days later and payment made instantly. Yes I may have been able to get a bit more money for it selling privately, but how long would it have taken and who would have been coming to my land to view it and everything else I have stored there. “Having decided to sell our caravan, but not wishing the hassle of advertising and dealing with buyers direct, we decided to seek a dealer and chose comparatively local. I submitted a very straight forward online request for quote. I listed details of the caravan and accessories to be included and received email confirmations of the request and then a telephone call. I did not feel pressured and a value was offered that I accepted subject to checks. Today I was visited as arranged by a person to check the caravan and documentation. Having confirmed the condition I received a telephone call to confirm all good and arranged direct payment by bank transfer. Once the money was present the visiting engineer took possession of the caravan and left. We were very pleased with the process.”

“These guys are true to there word. An honest assessment of the van, highlighted some issues I’d missed. The engineer who came to inspect the c’van was good and fare, neutral in his assessment and I like that honesty. Collection after agreed sale, the money was in and sorted quickly.
