“From the outset they were very easy to deal with, explains the process and the pricing method. The collection operator was pleasant, efficient and explained what he was doing. Caravan was as described therefore the money was in my bank before he would hitch up the van to take it away”

“Danny and the team were amazing, we agreed a price for our Coachman Lusso over the phone, they collected the caravan 3 days later, once the caravan was inspected the money was paid into the bank straight away. Absolutely brilliant service would definitely recommend”

“I was asked to try NOT to be negative. This was not the experience I would have hoped for. A more frank explanation of the likelihood that the initial offer would be significantly reduced because of the known damp issues with my make of caravan would have been less disingenuous.”

“An extremely professional and transparent process to sell my caravan from start to finish. The price Danny offered was similar to others in the trade. He also agreed a later collection date as we'd booked a "last hoorah" break in the van. After the site inspection today and all OK, the money was instantly transfered. Many thanks Danny.”

“Very happy with the professionalism and politeness shown by Danny and his engineer who carried the pre-sale inspection of my caravan. At no point was I pressurised to sell or to accept a lower price than had been agreed. An adjustment in price was made after a couple of issues were found during the inspection but I felt Danny was fair with the revised price. The money was in my bank within 5 minutes which was great. My thanks to Danny and his engineer and I would recommend we buy touring caravans. Thank you Danny.”

“When John the appointed WBTC caravan engineer arrived to inspect my caravan, he was very courtious and came across knowledgable & professional in his approach. Unfortunatley john uncovered a number of issue with my caravan that needed repair. he identified them clearly and why the repairs were necessary. This resulted in a price adjustment from the original Price offered, but i was happy with the full explanation and when Danny at WBTC called back with the revised offer and further explanation of costs to repair, i was happy to accept the revised price. At all times WBTC were extremely nice and never put me under any pressure to make a decision on the price adjustment which was much appreciated. I would definately recommend WBTC to anyone considering selling their Tourer. A very good company to deal with.”

“Good company to deal with kept upto date with process excellent communication. On the day of meeting gentlemen to inspect the our caravan he arrived on time phoning me to let me know where he was.
