“All I can say is what a professional company this is. We were fed up with different caravan companies offering silly money for our caravan and also one company not even turning up. From start to finish Danny guided us through on what to expect, arranged for someone to visit the next day who did a thorough check of the van, took pictures, sent them back to Danny who then called and transferred the money immediately. I would not hesitate in recommending them.”

“These guys were great from start to finish VERY simple process. Arrange date, inspector does his job, sale agreed, money in bank account, towed away, all within 1 hour. Very professional, no stress! “At the pick up everything went as promised with money in our account before the van left . The reduction in the final valuation was a little disappointing but the reasons were clearly explained. Very friendly service .”

“Danny clearly explained the process which was easy to follow. The price I was offered was the same as a local dealer but using WBTC meant we didn't have to take the caravan to the dealer as they came to us. We received the original offer over the phone into our bank account within 1/2 an hour.”

“We agreed a price on our caravan . The next day a caravan engineer came and inspected our van, the agreed was met, we gave our bank details and the money was tranferred withinn 5 mins of us giving the information. Np problems encountered”

“Excellent service and would reccommend anyone like us not wanting to advertise in public with all that brings,We phoned and Danny gave us a fair quote which we accepted, He made a appointment for John to inspect our van at home, John arrived very courtious and inspected our van 15 minutes later phoned Danny who transferred the money to our bank account, All was conducted by Danny and John very polite and friendly, If anyone is thinking of selling their Caravan USE THIS COMPANY 5 stars and very fair.”

“What a Excellent Company, We cannot recommend them highly enough, Danny answered the phone to us as we did not want to advertise private with all that entails, He was so respectful and courteous and gave us a fair price, We accepted and John came to our house, Again so friendly and he inspected our caravan, Danny transferred the money to our account within minutes and all was done, A message to Danny and John...It is a worry when you want to sell your caravan, Danny and John you were Excellent, From Sue & Trevor Hill, THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Do NOT hesitate to use this company.”

“Had a day of mixed feelings selling our caravan to WBTC. Sad the be without a caravan and even sadder to hear of all the faults found during the survey. I accepted the offer as a fair reflection of the work needed. Matt, the surveyor was very thorough, as he should be. He pointed all of the defects found and he was a pleasure to deal with. Likewise Danny has been professional and courteous throughout the transaction.”

“Easy to deal with WBTC and all communications prompt and clear. Always valued at less than expected, but price was fair and clear from the start. Once the caravan had been inspected, the money was in my bank account immediately and the caravan was taken away within 20 minutes. No drama, just a simple transaction which made the end of our caravanning holidays less emotionally painful.”

“I did not get as much as I had hoped for my caravan and I did not have as much time as I would have liked to say yay or nay to the offer. I would have like to have had a few hours to think the offer over, I felt that I had to make a decision thete and then. However, when I accepted the offer the money was transferred within around ten minutes.”

“The whole process of selling my caravan from my initial enquiry to caravan leaving my drive was made simple. Danny who I agreed the deal with on the phone and the independent engineer who inspected my caravan were both professional and efficient. Whilst I had to accept a reduced price it was for issues that were of no surprise to me and were thoroughly explained upon inspection. Ultimately I had to be realistic and was not disappointed with the outcome.”

“What a blissful experience. Danny was professional, empathetic, clear, concise and accurate in everything he did from start to finish. Sold caravan due to a personal bereavement. This company just do what they say, and with such dignity and empathy. They are fair and honest in their approach and told me I would get more if I sold private. I’m glad I sold to them as they made a very difficult time, very easy. The chap who picked up the van was of the same ilk, as Danny. I 100% recommend this company for a fair, honest, quick and professional service. I don’t normally write reviews, but this company deserves the positive feedback.
