“I have had a very good experience whilst selling our Caravan (it was not an easy decision to make) I initially spoke to Danny who was very helpful and instilled confidence in me for the sale with We Buy Touring Caravans. Today Andrew has spent time with me and he also was very helpful and fair with his inspection results. We started this transaction only a week ago and it has been completed today and the purchase price was sent directly to ou Bank Account with such ease. Thank you all for your help.”

“We were offered a price which was higher than any other caravan buyer. Although we had accepted their valuation WBTC increased their offer when it was established by them the caravan was a year younger. After inspection this was reduced due to structural defect but still higher than their original offer.”

“I must admit I had some reservations using caravan buyers, but I was so wrong. They offered a very fair price for the caravan which they honoured on collection. Their engineer who is a very friendly chap naturally gave it a full inspection and once he reported back, the full value was transferred to my account within minutes. I would have no hesitation in reccomending this organisation, they are a real genuine comapny.”

“What can I say. From firstly filling in the information form, right up to the caravans collection, the service was first class. After talking over the condition of the caravan and other details a genuine over was made and once agreed verbally, paperwork followed the following day. Collection time was discussed and agreed for my convenience. On the day of collection I was contacted and collection was at time stated. The handover procedure was clear and efficiently carried out. From start to finish all staff were polite and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend this Company for your caravan sale.”

“The sale was handled professionally and my van was thoroughly examined before a significant price reduction was negotiated. I was not aware how much work needed doing so be aware any issues will be found. In spite of a disappointing result I can have no complaints. WBTC is a competent outfit.”
