“Happy with the whole process from initial, friendly and clear chat with Daniel, to the inspection and handover with Pete, a few days later. All messages and correspondence clear and timely and money safely in account within minutes. Sad to see our van go but can't fault the efficient way the sale was handled. Obviously we received a 'trade price' for the van, but because of the way Daniel explained it to us, and the way he spent time discussing our personal circumstances on the initial phone call, it felt transparent and fair and I didn't feel under pressure in making a decision. Pete was friendly and professional and made the process very easy for us. Thanks for your help”

“Prompt service, all very smooth and money very quick. Shame about the reduction in price. The chap that looked at it and Danny on the phone were very nice. Probably not helped as we didn't want to sell it anyway.”

“Great service and genuine. Had to make a small adjustment on original quote my fault forgot to mention something in original telephone call. Then money was in my bank within 5minutes caravan show rooms were offering similar money but i would have had to tow caravan to them .”

“Very speedy and efficient service. 'Does exactly what it says on the tin'. Caravan collected from home within a week and money paid immediately. You may get slightly less selling this way but it takes all the hassle out of the transaction. Highly recommended.”

“I had to make a hard decision on selling my year old caravan due to personal and health issues. From the very first phone call I felt heard and From that I initial phone call to the emails and other calls and the gentleman who came checked the van over and took her away. Made me feel at ease and anything I was worried about they helped me not stress about it so much I am very thankful for there help kidness and patience. And hope my van goes to someone who can enjoy her when I couldn't.”

Unfortunately there were problems with my van which I did not realise, that said the reduction in payment was fair considering the work required. The sale was arranged and completed in a few days and Danny was careful to explain the market and pricing issues behind the offer.”
