“I recently had to sell my caravan and contacted We By Touring Caravans and thankfully I did. I would like to thank Danny. Lewis and the backroom staff for their help. My wife and I had spent many happy times and created many memories in our caravan and intended to create many more during our retirement. Unfortunately, my wife passed away suddenly last year. I initially intended to keep the caravan but it became clear it was too big for one person to handle comfortably and it wasn't the same without her. I wanted a quick sale at a fair price with the minimum of fuss and that's where WBTC stepped in. Danny was my initial point of contact. He made the process quick, straightforward and gave me a fair offer. All the relevant came from the office. On the day Lewis arrived at the agreed time and was friendly, very helpful and efficient. Everything went like clockwork and I was paid as agreed. The best part about the whole operation was, after many dealings with the caravan trade, This was the first one that didn't try to chip away at the offer price during the inspection. I was honest with them and they were straight with me, for which I am eternally grateful. From my experience, you may get a slightly better price for your caravan through other routes, but I doubt it will go as smoothly. Again a big thank you for your help at a difficult time.”

Danny arranged a collection date with me and John contacted me the day before to check I was ready and text when he was near. He carried out an inspection and reported back to Danny. Once agreed the money was in my account within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“A simple and easy way to sell my caravan, from start to finish it couldn’t have been better! I was contacted by Danny and after we agreed a price on the phone he arranged for someone to call and check out my Lunar Clubman. Lee came along and after checking for damp and damage etc he agreed it was as described. He phoned Danny who then spoke to me to arrange a bank transfer. Less than 10 minutes later the cash was in my account, I couldn’t have asked for a better service, honestly! By the way I have absolutely nothing to do with WBTC apart from this transaction, highly recommended!”
