“Would absolutely, 100%, recommend 'We Buy Touring Caravans'. Genuine and very customer friendly. The company were so easy to deal with and Danny gave me no pressure to accept his offer. The day of the sale was simple too. Alan arrived, confirmed no damp to Danny who processed payment resulting in me waving bye-bye to my 'van, all within 30mins. I could have got a wee bit more money if I sold privately but WBTC's took away the stress and time I would need to commit to do so. To be fair I got what I felt was a good/fair offer. I'll finish as I started, I would absolutely 100% recommend WBTC's.”

“Very refreshing to deal with a dealer who is professional, honest and efficient. Selling my van was becoming a trial with numerous tyre kickers, dubious characters, insulting offers and dealers who thought I was an idiot. From first dealing with Danny to pick up and payment with Darren and James (with an understandable very small adjustment to price) the communication was excellent and everything was explained. Did I get what I could have got privately? No. (If you don’t understand that you need to wake up) was the ease of transaction and lack of hassle worth the drop? Definitely. I would wholeheartedly recommend.”

“We came to the decision to sell our Bailey caravan as we didn’t use it enough due to our work schedules, so we called We Buy Touring Caravans spoke to Danny & James they gave us a price which we agreed to, the next day they called us back to say they have reviewed the price and offered us more money for our Bailey how honest was that. Every thing went smoothly, James came out checked it over then transferred the money into our account before taking the Bailey. Excellent Service through out & very professional. Mr Robert Good.”

“From the initial form and phone call this was a seamless transaction. Danny was easy to speak with, no hard sell in fact the opposite asking if I needed overnight to consider their proposal. A date and time was agreed to collect the caravan, phone call received the night before to confirm arrival time and also about 20 minutes from arrival. Chris was very professional, very knowledgeable and completed his inspection of the caravan. On completion he was happy it was as described and after a quick call to Danny the money was transferred to our bank account. This company was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them without hesitation.”

“So glad that I contacted We Buy TOuring Caravans when we decided to sell our caravan. Danny dealt with our sale, he made us an offer for our caravan which we accepted (this is subject to them finding no issues when they collect the van) he was very thorough in explaining exactly what the process would be. We were given a date when they would come to collect and told that we would be contacted by the driver prior to him coming. The driver - John was such a lovely guy, he examined the caravan and once happy he confirmed the offer, he subsequently contacted Danny who then contacted myself to arrange payment - John will not leave until the payment is showing in your bank account and you are happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending We Buy Touring Caravans to anyone who is looking to sell their caravan.”

“Agreed a price before inspection. Inspection was fair and non of the negative comments made trying to bring down the agreed price. They guy inspecting the caravan could see it was in good and clean condition and had been well looked after, it obviously was 7 years old so not immaculate. The price agreed was probably a bit less than if we had a private sale but we didn't have the expense of advertising the caravan and having to put up with a constant stream of telephone calls, waiting in for no shows etc. Well worth getting a bit less for a stress free sale. Would definitely recommend We buy touring caravans.”

“Dreading the palaver of finding buyers for my caravan I took to the pages of the Caravan Club magazine. I tried numerous dealers and the majority of them never even had the good grace to call back and tell me they weren't interested, so I spent a lot of time waiting for the phone to ring. However, one company did call me back and was honest about what his expectations were. A quote a bit lower than I imagined but they always answered the phone and rang back when they said they would. Danny arranged for an assessor to come to my home and look at the caravan within 48 hours. The assessor turned up spot on time and carried out his review. I then received a call back from Danny who made me an offer based on the assessment and upon me accepting the offer it was paid directly into my bank account with no messing about. The van was then towed away to begin its next adventure. I'll be honest that the first lot of phoning around the dealers was an absolute nightmare, with me being let down again and again. However, WBTC came to the rescue, no faff, no lies and no empty promises. Thank you Danny and Darren. I wish I had found you first.”

“I have just sold my caravan to We Buy Touring Caravans and the process could not have been any simpler or pain-free. After completing the application I was contacted by Danny who guided me through the buying process and arranged a date for my caravan to viewed and checked over. John arrived at the pre-arranged time and again went through to review process. A couple of issues were raised and discussed and the initial quotation was revised to both my and WBTC agreements. The money was transferred immediately into my back account with John stating he wouldn't leave until I confirmed the transfer had taken place. The whole process was both simple and straight-forward and exactly as both Danny and John described. I cannot praise highly enough the help service that was provided by both Danny and John and would highly recommend WBTC to anyone interested in selling their touring caravan.”
