“The whole process was very gentle and unpressurised. Although we received slightly less than the original quote it was clearly explained and reasonable. The payment was made direct to our bank within minutes of the agreement being made.”

“The whole process was very efficient from the initial phone call, whereby an offer was made against my description. A very nice gentleman came to inspect my caravan and agree the offer. He telephoned WBTC to send the fee directly to our bank. He then took the caravan making the whole experience seamless. We would thoroughly recommend WBTC.”

“Very good manner on phone and after some questions a price was offered. I phoned back later and made an appointment for the caravan to be inspected and a date and time was arranged. The couple who came to inspect were very friendly and gave the caravan a good inspection. The transaction went ahead and the money was instantly transferred to my account and the caravan was taken away. Overall an unexpected easy transaction.”

“Underpriced what my caravan was worth compared to 5x other dealers (by around £1500) but due to time pressure and having pre booked them (we buy any touring caravans) it was either sell now or lose out financially even more as it was cited on a seasonal pitch and I had to move it off or pay to store. I researched and believe I was offered the lowest possible value for the caravan which I’d owned for just under 1 year (£12300 for a 2015 Elddis Chatsworth 636) and upon inspection they found a minor patch of damp and took £1400 off of that and gave me £10,900 for it. Bottom line, unless you know what you’re doing and are in the trade, don’t buy a caravan off any dealer - robbers!!”
