“Super efficient service and Danny was lovely to deal with when agreeing the sale and on the day of the transfer itself. The collection day ran very smoothly, the collection vehicle arrived spot on time and I had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend them as an avenue for a stress free caravan sale!”

“I was a bit disappointed at the start as I had to chase my online application but as soon as I started talking to Danny everything ran smoothly. I started talking on a Thursday and the van was collected on Monday. Andy who picked up the van did a very diligent inspection and did find some issues I never knew about. As such Danny and I came to a new agreement, money was transferred to my bank and within 5 minutes we waved goodbye to the van. Overall very good service.”

“From the off Danny was very easy to talk to and clear about the process. We agreed a provisional price and collection time. A gentleman called Tim called me in advance on the day of collection to confirm his arrival time and as good as his word, arrived to the minute! During Tim's inspection of the van he found a couple of damp areas that were a concern that I was unaware of. Danny was very apologetic and understanding when dealing with this but unfortunately, this then meant the purchase price offer was amended downward accordingly. Whilst I was disappointed with the eventual price received, this does not reflect badly on WBTC at all. I feel I was treated fairly and can recommend them to anyone who is considering selling.”

“A professional but friendly service. Prompt emails and contact and reassurance for someone who lives on their own and was selling their caravan in sad circumstances. “We phoned WBTC on Monday and on Wednesday the caravan was sold to them with the money in our bank before they took it away. Both Danny and Dave were very easy to talk to, this may not be the way everyone wishes to sell their caravan but it suited us, and made the whole process so much easier. Dave collected our caravan and we never felt under any pressure to sell. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to sell this way”
