“Ordered a border fork and received a small spade. When I spoke with Webbs they were happy to replace free of charge but I decided to keep the spade and purchase a border fork as well. This they sent me free of postage charges. They were extremely helpful, good to deal with and very fair. Spade and fork aren't bad either!”
