“Product ordered easily and delivered when City Link said they would - very helpful driver. Only complaint would be that they allocate a whole day slot so you have no idea of whether you will get your goods am or pm. Could cause problems for people who are not able to be around all day waiting for a delivery.”

“The trellis I ordered arrived on time as promised. It was very well packed in bubble wrap. I am sure it would have survived being dropped from a great height. The trellis was very well made and far more robust than others I had seen that were more expensive.”

“Great to be able to reach a knowledgeable person on the phone and talk about - in this case trellis - the product that you are thinking of buying but are anxious because you cannot actually see it and you are spending 100's of pounds. The Trellis is perfect and delivery of even this bulky item only took two days by the courier. All very efficient and thank you. London resident”
