“Liked the website which, having looked at quite a few others for roses, was manifestly the clearest. Very satisfied with ordering process which was clear and simple. Delivery was on time as promised and the roses were well packed and in the best of condition.”

“I ordered special disabled gardening tools on Thursday 29/05/2014 and received them on Monday 2/06/2014 at 8.30am. I also received a text on Saturday to notify me the delivery details. I found the website really easy to use to, as I have been trying to find these type of tools for well over a year. I am a very happy woman now because while I will never be able to do everything myself. I can do a great deal more now, the way I want it.”

“The quality of service received from Webbs direct was very good receiving the Joseph Bentley Stainless Steel Long Handled Fork on the day as promised. The carried sent a text to confirm the day of delivery. A good service. However, considering the price paid for the Joseph Bentley Fork I am disappointed with the quality of the article. The Stainless Steel fork end has been welded on to the handle fitting crooked and the stainless steel face has not been polished to an acceptable standard - leaving grinding marks across the forks. Thank you Kind regards David H Lowe”

“My inital order on-line was problematic.I was "timed out",don't know why !!,then my second attempt on the "material request" screen,---escaleted from one item to six items at a cost of £100 plus !!,--so I naturally never went to the "payment" screen !!!. I rang up and made a "manual" order,(using a Visa card), and everything was straight- forward after that.Having received the item today,I find it very well made,robust and suitable for the job.Packaging and delivery was excellent.I am thoroughly pleased.”
