“Order placed, processed and delivered in a very timely manner. Well packaged, all as described and in good order. Hand drawn sprig of holly put on each cardboard box as it was Christmas. Nice touch. Happy to shop at Webbsdirect again.”

“Found this site on a search engine when looking for Lemax products and have used them ever since.....there customer service is first class...I Had a problem that I wasn't going to be home on the delivery day so I contacted webbs customer service and they sorted it all out for me and was delivered to my parents instead who were going to be home....everything always wrapped perfectly and protected.....I would recommend Webbs every day of the week”

“I was very impressed with the service, site easy to navigate, confirmation email followed very quickly. Confirmation of delivery date, (which I had to change) was very easy. Email received, telling me the time I could expect parcel - couldn't wish for anything better, will certainly use again.”
