“Well Packed product. Delivered in the time forecasted by you. Product perfectly described as per your web site. The only down side which was out of your hands was that the delivery was made to a neighbours house in error. I had actually witnessed the delivery to the neighbour and I went to his house to recover the items which on inspection was correctly addressed to me. John Stembridge.”

“We purchased goods which we considered value for money, they arrived as detailed on time, packaging was excellent, a slight problem was discovered upon assembly but quickly remedied with an e`mail to the customer service department, all in all " a pleasure to deal with " when you consider we are doing this from an armchair in front of the fire.”
