“I'm generally happy with the service I've received, but I can't comment on the investment performance as I've only had my ISA for 6 months. I did have some teething issues with my initial investment, for some reason this was not automatically added to my account and I had to chase it up. Then subsequently after the cash finally appeared in my account it did not get invested for a couple of weeks until I chased it up again. My main criticism of the service is the process for adding funds to the account. There is no direct debit or card payment facility, so you have to manually transfer money or set up a a standing order. Then it takes several days for funds to appear in the account even though bank transfers usually take less than 2 hours nowadays. Also as noted above the mechanism for associating incoming funds with the correct customers' account seems to be flaky.”

“Only been with you for a short period. Relatively easy to open an account but the way money is payed in seems slightly wired, it just confused me to be honest but we got there. Additionally, you don't have all the web based functions from your website on your app, like mail for example. I'm always on my phone and and hardly use a computer/laptop ect to web browse. To then have to login on via the web browser is crazy considering you have an app. but the app makes little sense with such little capability. Otherwise it all seems pretty good.”

“Very helpful when setting up my account, prompt responses to my messages. No problems in setting up. The "dashboard" is useful to see whats happening. As far as performance is concerned, its a bit early to say as I'm only 2 months in. This is the only thing stopping me from giving it a 5! But my money has earnt more than where it was, and once the election is out of the way perhaps things will settle down - this is for the longer term after all.”

“A simple service, it's easy to invest which is great for someone like who hasn't got time to play the markets. The main thing is that the returns are much better than a high street bank.”

“I signed up to Wealthify three months ago and have been using their mobile app and their web interface. Overall they are ok but I have had to use their online chat tool a few times which works well. There is always a long delay between the money leaving my bank account and appearing in my wealthify account, which takes me back to three days clearing model that banks used to use - seems strange for a new industry. It's nice to be able to see where money is being invested, and it's good to get little statements that show what your funds have been invested in. But there is no graphical function of how things have been going over a period of time - it says growth is 0.46% over three months for example but doesn't offer a graph to show ups and downs, peaks and troughs, which I would quite like. comparing this to regular investing, it seems like an additional tool but doesn't perform as well. Over the same period the Wealthify average is 1.16%, that for my own investments is 9.84%.”
