“I phoned from Tasmania, Australia and and I could not fault either of the two people I dealt with over the phone, namely Tim (initially) and Charlotte. They were charming and couldn't do enough for me to get the right accommodation which I needed for my elderly Mum (91) and I may add that when I told her about the holiday she was absolutely thrilled. Many thanks for your help.”

Thank you for your comment and review. I agree that would be ideal. We act as a remote booking office for many different owners and all bookings are made with the owners directly so we do need to confirm actual availability and reserve those dates accordingly for you.
