“I topped up my account a few weeks ago and tried to send out a message, but my account has suddenly been locked. I still didn't received back the money I wasted in my account!”

We are sorry you feel this way, we have taken on board the features you requested such as auto top-up and plan to launch this in the new year. We did offer you a credit account, however your companies low credit score would require a personal guarantee, which you are unwilling to offer? 🤔🙄 We pride ourselves on our customer support and high level of service for a product which is offered at such competitive rates! Nobody likes negative reviews - certainly as the vast majority of our other reviews would demonstrate! And please don't feel that we have to take your money, you're more than welcome to spend it elsewhere if you're not happy with our service. Warm regards.

As a responsible provider, we do not allow any users to send smishing/phishing/scam SMS from our platform - even if it is to your own mobile number!?! Our system is designed to protect our customers and consumers from harm. I'm afraid your free messages were clearly intended for future fraudulent use, which we certainly do not condone.

“very poor. looks good on the outside but don't expect your messages to be delivered straight away on time. Or top ups to ever be processed early morning. It WILL cost your business more money so i'd advise going to another provider.”
