“Incredible service. The Chinese embassy can be particularly difficult to deal with but I got my documents back no problems at all. All my questions were answered quickly and I was, (mostly without prompting) kept in the loop about where my documents were in the process. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgable and my documents were handled and sent back with care.”

“I needed my US marriage certificate and son's UK birth certificate attested in order to complete my families move to the UAE due to visa requirements. I used the live chat service and instantly had a response from Nicola Palmer. Nicola helped confirm that the document I had from the US could be legalised and within a matter of hours, provided me with a full comprehensive quote of the breakdown and documents needed. Just 24 hours later I received confirmation from Nicola Palmer and Gavin Whyte that all documents I sent had been received and already been sent to the US.
