“Since I had my cataract operations earlier this year I have enjoyed greatly improved eyesight. I no longer need contact lenses, and I only wear lightweight glasses for reading. There have been no problems, and I feel the surgeon and his team were competent and conscientious. With regards, Christine”

“The professionalism, medical expertise and care I received during my initial eye surgery and my follow-up laser treatment were excellent and faultless. The admin staff and particularly the medical staff/doctors/consultants cannot be praised highly enough.”

“Both eyes done and the result is perfect distance vision. Operations were staggered to allow me to provide continuous care to my wife. Despite apprehension a painless and effective procedure.”

“All of the staff from the beginning were lovely. I was informed thoroughly about my procedure and what would happen before, during and after my surgery as well as post-op care. I needed some help post-op and I was able to receive it quickly. I would highly recommend coming to Vision Scotland for Lasek Surgery.”

“Surgeon Jonathan Ross and all staff from beginning to end extremely kind and caring! Slightly longer wait than expected due to a machine part having to be replaced and so adrenaline almost gone by the time I climbed on the bed, and as a result all used up during op which I knew was going to be “tricky”. However got back on track a couple of days later and did all my drops as instructed. So bottom line is happy with eyesight and glad all behind me! Thanks again to all concerned and apologies for not being in touch sooner. I have explained that blip!!”

“We found the whole process from initial enquiry to the eye op was very easy and fast. The clinic was excellent, staff were also very professional and friendly throughout. Clinic arranged the aftercare with NHS perfectly too.”

“I was very happy with the treatment I received both during the assessment and the operation. Staff were helpful, thorough and professional. They made me feel relaxed and confident that I was in good hands. Already I can see things more clearly and only have to wear glasses sometimes when reading. I am writing this review without glasses. Finally I would just like to thank you all.”

“The theatre staff made sure I was comfortable prior to the procedure which was completed very smoothly and quickly. The clinic was very clean and welcoming and all the staff went out of their way to make certain I was looked after . I had no major problems after the procedure and my sight was better than before after 24 hours .”

“Following my assessment I was offered my first cataract replacement surgery within a week. The second eye was scheduled 4 weeks later. Both operations went very smoothly and I never suffered any discomfort afterwards. I was very satisfied both with my surgery and the work of all the staff at Vision Scotland.”

“Vision Scotland gave excellent service during my recent cataract surgery. The staff were all friendly and helpful and put me at ease talking me through the procedure at every stage. Follow up was timely and helped reassure me that I was following the eye drop regime correctly. The surgery was successful and the outcome as expected and I have had no further problems with my eyesight.”

“Great service and support, good follow up even for smallest worries. Excellent friendly, polite surgeon who put me at ease within minutes of meeting with him. Chatted throughout double cataract removal op, informed of procedure as it happened. Could not be happier. Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere in hospital . All staff friendly and informative. Excellent results !”
