“I done the learning on my iPhone so the experience maybe different using a PC. I found the online learning very slow and ponderous. The icons appear very slowly to the point where your wondering if the screen has frozen. The drag and drop was very difficult to use. This could be a good way of learning but it needs lots of improvements especially speed.”

“Re Food hygiene and safety level 2. Good price. Easy to follow. Did have a problem at the end when it didnt take me straight to do the test, not sure why??? Had to phone for help, then couldnt re log in as itbdidnt recognise my password and it didnt work when Natalue sent me a link. Anyway I left it hntil the next day logged in no bother, took test, passed and printed off certificate!!!!! Bingo!!!! All was well!!!!!”

“Clear to follow- has all the information to pass the course in the digestible sections; however some of the challenges ask questions about aspects that have yet to be covered . This is not a problem as you think a little then go onto learn the answers further on.”
