“I've purchased it but it keeps freezing I've not been able to complete it I've tried wont let me back on says wrong email then wrong pass word please refund”

“The course was very informative and structured well. The reason for the 4 starts is that it was super slow all round. The loading of items caused me to consistently loose interest and so the course took me way longer than it should.”

“I found the programme very easy to follow,and the questions after each section helpful prior to the final assessment. When I had difficulty getting started due to a problem with my password,I contacted the helpline and Brendon was very patient and helpful! I would use Virtual College again if necessary in the future.”

“Virtual college has helped me to gain a Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene, which I will be able to use for a future job application. It has allowed me to develop my knowledge and improve my current skills that I have regarding catering and food production. It was relatively quick and simple to use and I would highly recommend.”

“Very good course. Easy to follow and well laid out with a mix of text and imagery. Although it took around 1.5 hours to complete, time seemed to go a lot quicker. You don't have to rush through the assessment section either so you get chance to think about your answers.”

“The course was good, but very slow to take part in. Also, I'm still not sure if all the questions were necesssary. If I am being qualified to work with food, I need to know what harm I can do if I get it wrong. Why do I really need to know whether humans or others carriers are responsible for carrying bugs. The fact is, I must avoid causing them.”

“Overall a good effective course, well presented. My only problem was that I ran the course on my IPad and for the challenges where drag and drop functionality had to be used, it was not possible to drag and drop.”
