“I did this course as a CPD refresher. In retrospect I think I should have gone straight for level 3 as I found it far too easy! Would have been useful if I could have gone straight to the final assessment.”

“I found the website easy to use and the course itself was clear to follow and I liked that it could be done at your own pace, although I did it in about 2 hours. Easy payment and printable certificate allows you to have it all done in very little time.”

“Clear and straightforward materiel. Well presented and easy to follow. My only criticism would be that, at times, I wanted to go back several pages to check something and the process, one page at a time, was rather clumsy. The pages are already being displayed to show progress, so why not allow someone to click on an earlier page and go straight to it.”
