“The content is very good but would be much better if the FSMS chapter is removed from the course as many of those who do the course are just dish washers but not supervisors. The FSMS should only be in the Level 3 course.”

“Excellent course would highly recommend it the only thing I would say is take your time don't rush it and take notes as you are going along and take in as much information as possible and you should pass first time as that is what I did and I passed it first time.”

“Some of the questions were a little obscure and not giving the correct answer, when an error was made, was disappointing. I also question giving 10 marks for a correct answer and 0 for incorrect when there are no other alternatives is pointless (or not!).”
