“Enjoyed the course, it was comprehensive and fit for purpose. In some areas the information is in depth and requires some note taking unless you have a photographic memory. I would recommend anyone handling food to take this course (I work in a school and regularly handle food as part of my Teaching Assistant role).”

“Very thorough and comprehensive, I felt that for support workers , there should have been a condensed (shorter) Version for them as I do believe some people rushed through it to get it out of the way, but didn't actually digest the vast enormity of the content. It was however very informative and it would be good as part of the course to have some posters of the key information about heating temperatures egg. For people to put up in kitchens. Doing a course once but not always leading sessions and not needing to recall info on regular occurences will mean information will be forgotten. A professional Poster of key temperatures and timings for food being left out etc. would be a good way for ALL staff to follow H&S and good hygiene standards.”
