“I completed the Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene course recently. I have done the Level 1 (Basic Food Hygiene) many times via various courses and this was a step-up but entirely straightforward, and very good as far as it being an online course goes (not my favourite medium). The questioning throughout was helpful and kept you focused and engaged and knowing there was your multiple choice test coming at the end was a great incentive to learning. Very enjoyable! Many thanks 😀”
