“Easy to access and great to be able to work at your own pace, over several days if you want. Very comprehensive. Lots of information and help is available by e mail or telephone if you have queries. Easy to print certificate when you have passed the course.”

“I thought the course covered a great deal of useful subjects - many of which though were in great depth, perhaps more than was needed for my requirements. None the less it was a useful course and I learned a lot. Thanks”

“The course was easy to follow and as there were bite size modules, it was manageable. The only thing I would say against it is that some bits seemed a bit unnecessary and would be common sense (ie. the order of cleaning out a fridge!) Overall I was very pleased with the course. Many thanks.”

“I had previously taken day food hygiene courses. i enjoyed being able to work at my own pace and when i wanted to much more, plus i found the course to be very thorough in its coverage of the subject material. the immediate response to the exam was also a bonus.”

“It was a good course for online. The only thing i had trouble with, it would have been good to know that the course needed to be paid first as I attempted to try this a few times before being told by someone else. It would have saved time to have known this beforehand.”

“The content was interesting but the course took me longer than I thought it might. I liked the challenges that came at the end of each unit. The graphics were good and there wasn't too much to read on each page. I did take paper notes as I went along. Labeling the pages of each unit would have helped to locate information more quickly.”
