“Most of the questions were straight forward and clear there were a few that i felt could have been worded slightly different and could have been misunderstood, therefore even if the person knew the answer because of how the question was worded, got it wrong because of this confusion. And i think the massive jump in cost for a home printed certificate or a posted one (coloured) was very expensive and perhaps could have been less, because i am part time i opted for the cheaper home printed version unable to justify the colour printed one for the extra cost.”

“It seemed a very enjoyable and effective way to learn. I passed the course on a Wednesday: on the Friday two Food Inpectors turned up. They reported to the supervisors that they were satisfied, possibly slightly impressed, with my knowledge. I feel your course can take all the credit for that. (I'm not very comfortable with multiple choice questions: the question has to be phrased so that it precludes the wrong answers leaving only one answer, unambiguously, correct. For instance, if I remember rightly, and apologies if I've not, although keeping work surfaces clear of spilled food will help control pests, careful use of insect eliminating devices is not an entirely wrong answer.) But it's a very tiny point and is probably my problem. The course, I thought, was a huge success.”
