“very easy to navigate - all content easy to understand - found two questions a little bit confusing - did take me more than 2 to 3 hours to complete as the reading of the content was very time consuming it was actually nearly 6 hours to complete”

“It was a thorough course and I learnt a lot from it but the system was not user friendly or straight forward. I lost the page a few times and had to log in again repeatedly. I still haven’t printed my certificate as it disappeared.”

“I had some difficulty getting logged on. I found this frustrating as I could not access the course, you had taken my money and I could not contact you as it was after 5.00pm. After some time I persisted and eventually I was able to log in. This happened on more than one occasion. This was not convenient or straight forward in my opinion. It did not ask for a password when I was paying- yet it asked me for a password when I tried to log in.”

“I am starting a new job soon and needed the Level 1 Hygiene diploma so did your course. As I haven't done any educational courses since 1980 I was a bit worried. However I needn't have worried as I found your course so easy to follow. I completed the whole thing in 3 1/2 hours and was amazed to pass the test with 100%. If I need to do another course I shall certainly return to the Virtual College”

“The course was very informative and structured well. The reason for the 4 starts is that it was super slow all round. The loading of items caused me to consistently loose interest and so the course took me way longer than it should.”

“Overall a good effective course, well presented. My only problem was that I ran the course on my IPad and for the challenges where drag and drop functionality had to be used, it was not possible to drag and drop.”
