I had some difficulty getting logged on. I found this frustrating as I could not access the course, you had taken my money and I could not contact you as it was after 5.00pm. After some time I persisted and eventually I was able to log in. This happened on more than one occasion. This was not convenient or straight forward in my opinion. It did not ask for a password when I was paying- yet it asked me for a password when I tried to log in.
