“A bit long winded”

“Perhaps it would be better with more information and not syaing like it is important with hygien. Eg more about UK laws and perhpas even info for people working in UK busniness in other countries outside the UK, like in Sweden were I am from. What their regulationas are etc. Not so much "it is important with hygien" but more other info.”

“Course content was quite repetitive. Could have been done quicker, as there was too much verbiage and theoretical industry-speak. Some points were far too simplistic and obvious and others more subtle. Questions similarly were sometimes ambiguous as were some answers, which were also sometimes very obvious.”

“I found the course very good but the web site was rubbish it kept freezing on me and I had to keep going back over things which wasted a lot of my precious time .”

“I help with a BBQ once a year at my local social club, so this course took far too long for the amount I need to use it for. Nearly 4 hours, even though I had passed it 3 yrs ago, there was no way I could get to the important part any quicker. Reply please”

“As someone who has worked in catering for forty years, I found the course most tedious, I would like to have been able to skip straight to the test. I got a question wrong, because the answer should have been 'report to your supervisor' I don't have a supervisor!”

“Well-designed learning package though content varies from the simple and obvious to the quite technical and therefore it's hard to know what to really try to remember for the test at the end. You don't seem to be able to print key bits of info as you go e.g. 14 allergens recognised by the EU which is key, without typing your own notes which is tedious and wasteful of time. Worst thing is that the system won't always record that you have completed and passed the module so you end up repeating modules you've already done. Very frustrating and Customer Services don't offer a great deal of help/redress if this happens.”

“This would be a great course for people new to Food hygiene. It is however far too time consuming and long winded for experienced practitioners. Please do a quick course that can be used to 'top up'”

“Very easy to understand process. Good that part can be done and saved and returned to later. You can take notes as you go along from the information.”

“I found it labourious to have to click so many times during the training sessions, I understand why but there must be an easier way to ensure the students reads all the information. It would have been helpful to have reviewed incorrect answers after the test.”
