“Rather long and involved process.”

“not finished this course yet but it is quite difficult, and i feel like i am having to make lots and lots of notes to get through the end of section questions. I hope to pass it but I wish I had done a class rather than an online course. I still have a long way to go yet, there is a lot of information covered in this course and I feel it will take a while to complete.”

“Found the course & website easy to navigate. However I am VERY unhappy that they have not responded to my 2 emails... I bought the wrong course in error -my error -then realised & bought the correct one. I immediately emailed to request a refund for the unused one but so far have had no reply... now at least 6 weeks have past. I re-sent the request this week but still no answer!!”

“I like the fact it reads some to you but I'm deslexic and find it very monmoamouse ( Hard ) reading through all the preparation before hand and it takes me a long time to read through and take it all in quite hard . The only good thing is I can save and come back. D bryant”

“As I am not computer literate it took me ages to pay and get the screen in start mode. I have never done the hygiene certificate on line before, always in person so it was a challenge. I will know better next time! It took me 5 1/2 hours in total”

“How the learning process of the course occurred with the animations was very cheesy. Not suitable for anyone over that age of 11 i'd say just because it's childish and not very professional.”

“The delegates found that this was a very lengthy course and could only be done in their own time. They had to spread the course over a period of two days.”
