“the course was very good easy to understand.i would however say that the start of the web site was not so clear we actually got kicked out of the site and we had to start all over again.and at the end we were not sure if we had finished and what happened next.so a little more calrity would be good as there was no one to contact to ask.”

“It took me longer than the suggested number of hours, but I was making notes: I was taught always to do that when I was studying. I got 100% so it obviously paid off. Having said that, the answers to some of the questions were extremely obvious.”

“Everything about this course made it a pleasure to use, everything is clear from the start, the course can be done at your own pace so that you have the time to take in what you are learning. Much of food hygiene is common sense but there is so much more to know, completing this course taught me much and enabled me to obtain 100% pass. “The course is very easy to understand and tells all the person training needs to know about the legislation and laws, and also how to be safe preparing and cooking food. It is also so good you can do it online, and log in and out, so you do not have to sit for the whole session. I am really pleased with the overall course and the cost of it.”
