“Easy to navigate Round up quick tests at the end of each section are useful Only down side, some questions in end test are questions that the info for had not appeared In the course but apart from that very good”

“The course was informative and easy to use. I particularly liked the fact that you could use it as convenient rather than sit for hours in a room. The format was clear and concise, just what I needed as a refresher course. My only gripe is that I have not found it possible to access my certificate yet and this is causing me some concern.”

“We had 19 members of staff complete the course - the overwhelming feedback I have received is that the programme was too slow. On average it took each member of staff approx. 3 hours to complete, which was felt to be excessive.”

“Didn't need the training, only needed to retake the test. Could have done with the option to skip the training. Level 2 is not rocket science especially if you've done it many times before.”

“I completed the Level 3 Food Safety course and was all set to leave a 5 star review as I found the course very informative and interesting and really enjoyed the fact that I could go through it at my own pace. Unfortunately I have now been waiting over a month for my certificate in the post, I've noticed that other courses seem to let you print your own certificate off at the end but this one has to be posted to you for some reason. I've contacted the Learner Support team now on three occasions by email and also by phone but still don't have my certificate, I passed the course back on the 13th of September and I just feel ripped off over the fact that no one can seem to provide me with physical proof of passing this course and yet with other courses on the site the learner gets to print their certificate as soon as they pass.”
