The course content was good, however, the program was cluncky and frustrating to use as the buttons require you to be very specific where you click on them and we're slow to react, because of this the course took much longer to complete than necessary. Annoying and frustrating as I had to restart the program multiple times. Wouldn't recommend to anyone sorry

I needed help as I had issues opening the modules. I contacted the customer support team and it took three days for them to reply which wasn't any good.

I sat at the computer for quiet a few hours, got to the last assessment before the test and it would not let me proceed had to email you and wait until the next day to complete the course.

Very pleased with the course itself . Easy to follow and in manageable sections . Disappointed that I have been struggling to print my certificate . Still not managed it . Asked for help and got an answer but unfortunately it did not help : (

Thank you Susie, for your feedback regarding our Level 2 Food Safety course. Firstly, we are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the course, and congratulations on passing the quiz. The fact you have been having issues with printing your certificate is a concern however - as is the fact that you received advice which didn't aid you in this. An email has been sent to yourself that contains a guide on how to print the certificate from your learner record, and also attached to that email, is a PDF version of the certificate that you should find easier to print. The description of times is woefully inaccurate. I am not unintelligent (degree standard)...this course as so far taken me 7 hours and I am still not finished! Beware it is not a rush job set aside plenty of time.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry you feel the description of the course, where we give an estimate of the time we believe it will take to complete the course, did not meet the reality of how long it actually takes. It is Saturday today consequently I cannot investigate this thoroughly until Monday. easy to access, detailed modules. Assessment should have contained more questions on the technical aspects of food safety. most could have been guessed before reading the modules.
