“I never thought it would be so easy and quick to get a good amount of cash for bits and pieces of silver I wanted to get rid off without having to leave my house.Regular communication was kept open from the time I ordered my package until I received the cheque.At no time I felt worried about my valuables”

“On the whole, I was very impressed with the whole process, but as I sent in so many different items, it would have been nice to have a breakdown of prices for each of the different items rather than a total price.”

“IT IS HARD TO KNOW WHAT THE CONTENTS OF YOUR BOX IS ACTUALLY WORTH, BUT I WAS HAPPY WITH WHAT I RECEIVED. AN AUCTION WOULD CHARGE FEES AND KEEP YOU WAITING. IT'S WORTH A TRY AND YOU GET QUICK RESULTS AND CAN HAVE YOUR BOX BACK IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THE OFFER.”

“Very speedy and efficient service.Yes, I might have got a little more for my items if I had gone dealer to dealer, but that’s the point,I couldn’t be bothered, so things sat in drawers for decades.The whole process is cost free to the customer and you can refuse their offer if you wish.I would recommend them to anyone with bits and pieces lying around. They also say they recycle nearly everything , very little is thrown away. This is a bonus nowadays.”

“The service is excellent and they send regular emails to keep you informed of what is happening. They contact you quickly once they have received your box and the person I spoke to was very friendly. The downside is that very little is offered for the goods, a popular amount seems to be £38. I didn’t expect to make a fortune but was a little disappointed with the amount offered.”

“Excellent service when auction sales not permitted at present- delighted with the sun received for items not wanted by younger members of family I think this service is first class and dealt with most professionally. We have used the funds to erect new post and rail fencing in our horse paddocks. Hopefully daughter’s event horse will have no further accidents catching her shoe in wire fences- thank you Cash Cow☺️”

“easy to use, staff a bit rushed cos so busy, i was gonna use again but my offer was too low, i know about jewellery sold all my life, but needed the money and ebay was no longer an option, i took the money and regretted ever since, and cos of a knee jerk reaction wrote bad review then changed it to a good one, but i cant use again every email shows they dont want me too, but i got 155.00 packed beautifully in lovely boxes all my best stuff, ive still more if on ebay the way i sell i could have got a couple of grand for that lot, biggest regret of my life, sold some personal items meant alot to me, but i need a new mobility scooter so just took it. to improve i think they should offer you the money and you have to wait 24hours to think about it x”
