“Hassle-free process and a good way to clear stuff not used for years. But prices given are very low and the items they'll accept are strictly limited.”

“Very good service, one complaint was not being able to get through on the phone...couldn't transfer to any menu options?”

“Quick and easy to send goods off. Prompt reply for quote which was good the first time I sent 2 parcels off but a little disappointed with quote for second 2 parcels but which I did accept. Option of sending them back free if quote not accepted is definately an advantage.”

“Very easy to use, came back within a few days with an offer first box was ok the second box I was disappointed with the offer as there were quite a few watches in it and some rings, the 175 was very very low for what was in the box with hindsight I should have split it up. So if you have a lot I would recommendseparate”

Send items in a box that you wish to be valued stick ,on the label provided, take to post office and Vintage Cow advise when they receive parcel, few days later a valuation is given over the telephone, you can either accept or reject. I thought my parcel was worth more than offered, but I wanted to dispose of items so I let them go, rather than have them back and having to find another cource to dispose of them.”

“there was a little confusion initially as to what labels I had put on the box but that was soon ironed out. I was contacted very quickly to say that the stuff had been received followed by an offer by phone a few days later. Of course I would have liked more but the things were just hanging around in my house so it was good for them to go. The man who phoned me with the offer was absolutely lovely, a pleasure to chat to.”

“Easy . Supply labels, arrange collection, kept up up to date as to valuation, given price for things submitted and given option of cheque or bank transfer or send things back . It’s your decision absolutely no pressure.”

“The labels took a while to arrive, but I had already put most things together. So I was more or less ready to send, as the postage/collection labels have a limited time to be used. I would advise starting to box items up before requesting info package, especially if you are in the process of sorting through 'glory holes' or the loft. Good guidance on website of acceptable goods. I found the company helpful regarding enquiries about items and I was happy to accept the offer made for my pre loved belongings.”
