easy to use, staff a bit rushed cos so busy, i was gonna use again but my offer was too low, i know about jewellery sold all my life, but needed the money and ebay was no longer an option, i took the money and regretted ever since, and cos of a knee jerk reaction wrote bad review then changed it to a good one, but i cant use again every email shows they dont want me too, but i got 155.00 packed beautifully in lovely boxes all my best stuff, ive still more if on ebay the way i sell i could have got a couple of grand for that lot, biggest regret of my life, sold some personal items meant alot to me, but i need a new mobility scooter so just took it. to improve i think they should offer you the money and you have to wait 24hours to think about it x
