It was very easy to use. Send items in a box that you wish to be valued stick ,on the label provided, take to post office and Vintage Cow advise when they receive parcel, few days later a valuation is given over the telephone, you can either accept or reject.
I thought my parcel was worth more than offered, but I wanted to dispose of items so I let them go, rather than have them back and having to find another cource to dispose of them.
