“Excellent quality. The only thing to improve is the quality of the screws black coating easily scraped off, could offer hex socket screws as well. David”

“The quality of the sign is acceptable, as it certainly looks "premium" when attached to the wall, but the materials are definitely cheaper than I was expecting. Also, disappointingly, after carefully considering font types and sizes when placing the order .. the distance between the house number and street name on the final product is significantly smaller than what was planned, bordering on being cluttered and almost unreadable in appearance.”

Hi Marc We are sorry to hear that you are not entirely happy with the product received. We offer a live preview on our website which shows how the artwork will be on the sign and this is how the sign will be printed. If you feel that it differs from the onscreen image we would advise to contact our customer care team to discuss this fault. I am unable to locate any previous correspondence regarding this? “Our order was submitted and accepted. Later we were advised there would be a two week delay due to a change of premises. Nothing further was heard. Only when we enquired were we advised there would be a further delay. Again nothing was heard. Only when we threatened to cancel the Order did it magically appear. Delivery was to be by DPD. Date and time were advised. Did not arrive nor on the next day. Informed Village Green. New delivery date and time were sent. This time we got our Order.”

“Due to issues ordering from a more mainstream company we looked at alternatives. The first thing I do when I'm looking at companies I've not used previously is to look at online reviews and the reviews for Village Green signs were amazing. The products looked really good and our delivered sign is great quality slate and was at a really reasonable price.”
