“Had to wait from October to early January for the smallest sign with two numbers on An inordinate wait for such a small item, understand it’s handmade but thank goodness I didn’t want one with pictures on”

Hi Tracy, I am sorry that you are not happy with the production and delivery time . We are a small family run company and we make all of our signs from scratch, including the resin material. We do advise on our website of the delivery times so that customers are aware of this prior to placing an order with us. “Such a lovely house number plate. Was told we would not get it this side of Christmas but they managed to get it done and we have got it for Christmas. Only moan if I have any is that they did not tell me in advance of the dispatch and delivery day so nearly did not answer the door to the delivery driver. Also thought that the txt was a scam!! What a world we live in. Thanks for my house number plate.”

“After waiting 10 weeks for our new sign I was disappointed to see a spelling error in the house name. Whilst the sign is now being remade it there was no method of expediting the production and delivery of the new sign. This error will have left me waiting nearly half a year for my order.”

Hi Ben, I am sorry that there was a spelling mistake on the sign! This should have been picked up upon quality control so I apologise for this! I completely understand how disappointed you must be, but I can confirm that your order is being treated as a high-priority order. Our standard delivery is 8-10 weeks as stated on the website, but we aim to turn our replacements around within 6 weeks as mentioned to you via email. “We are very pleased with the Long Meadow sign. The finish is good and the artwork is excellent. It arrived without any damage and the courier was on time. The delivery was lengthy so don't be in a rush for one of these but worth the wait. Many thanks.”
